2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and understand that results vary based on your individual profile, credit history, business financials, and lender criteria. You are responsible for reviewing all loan terms before accepting any offer.

3. No Guarantees

While we work to optimize your profile and application strategy, we cannot guarantee specific funding amounts, approval rates, or timelines. Lender decisions are based on multiple factors outside our control.

4. Compliance

All strategies and recommendations are designed to be compliant with applicable laws and regulations. You agree to follow all guidance provided and not misrepresent information to lenders.

5. Privacy

Your information is kept confidential and used only to provide the services outlined. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Limitation of Liability

WorkSpeaks is not liable for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes related to funding applications, credit decisions, or business operations. Our role is advisory and strategic only.

7. Intellectual Property and License

All content on the WorkSpeaks site and in our materials, including but not limited to text, frameworks, intake questions, processes, documents, logos, graphics, and layouts (collectively, "WorkSpeaks Content"), is owned by WorkSpeaks or licensed to us.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the WorkSpeaks Content solely for your own business use in connection with evaluating or using our services.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, license, sell, or otherwise exploit any WorkSpeaks Content without our prior written permission.

You may not use any WorkSpeaks Content to build, market, or support a competing product or service.

8. Acceptable Use

9. Governing Law
