1. Services
WorkSpeaks provides business-structuring guidance, educational resources, documentation support, funding-readiness preparation, business systems setup, website services, intake diagnostics, and decision-support consulting. WorkSpeaks does not provide legal, tax, investment, lending, credit-repair, or financial advice. WorkSpeaks does not act as a lender or broker, does not submit applications on your behalf, and does not make or influence any third-party approval decision. All lending, credit, grant, and funding decisions are made solely by the relevant third party.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and understand that results vary based on your individual business, records, documentation, timing, and any third-party criteria. You are responsible for reviewing all terms of any product, service, or agreement before accepting it, and for consulting a qualified licensed professional where appropriate.
3. No Guarantees
WorkSpeaks does not guarantee funding, approvals, credit outcomes, leads, sales, search rankings, revenue, legal outcomes, or business results. Any figures, estimates, or examples are illustrative only and are not a promise of results.
4. Compliance
Our guidance is organizational and educational and is intended to be used in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You agree to use any materials and guidance honestly and not to misrepresent information to any third party.
5. Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability
WorkSpeaks is not liable for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes related to funding applications, credit decisions, business operations, or reliance on educational materials. Our role is advisory, organizational, and educational only.
7. Intellectual Property and License
All content on the WorkSpeaks site and in our materials, including but not limited to text, frameworks, intake questions, processes, documents, logos, graphics, and layouts (collectively, "WorkSpeaks Content"), is owned by WorkSpeaks or its affiliated rights holders, or licensed to us.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the WorkSpeaks Content solely for your own business use in connection with evaluating or using our services.
